Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Earrings are included in this policy. These condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Authorized returns go to France.
