30-Day Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Earrings are included in this policy. These condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Obtain return authorization and the return address before sending your item. The authorized return address is our company address: 4 Domaine Des Mésanges, 62176 Camiers, France. This address is in France; returns from the United States therefore involve international shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for company errors, damaged items, defective items and incorrect items. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact [email protected], explain the issue and include your order number. Photos can help us understand the problem. An item that arrived damaged or defective is not excluded merely because it cannot meet ordinary original-condition requirements. We will help arrange an appropriate return and refund for the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval.
